TBR - Tam Balogun Road
About this project
This project involved the comprehensive construction and integration of a 1.0km internal road network within a Government Reserved Area (GRA), engineered to ensure long-term structural durability and complete flood prevention within a high-density residential zone. The core of the facility features a 1.0km interconnected road network with a wide 10.0m asphalt concrete surface, optimized for smooth residential access, high load resistance, and urban aesthetics. To ensure uninterrupted natural hydrologic flow beneath the pavement sub-base and protect the road structure, precision cross-drainage infrastructure—including reinforced box and pipe culverts at key intersections—was executed across the alignment.Ground stabilization and surface runoff management were reinforced by continuous reinforced concrete side drainages linked to engineered outfalls, vital for directing high-volume stormwater safely away from residential infrastructure. Internal estate access and community transit are facilitated by a premium asphalt roadway network built to strict municipal specifications, specifically designed to deliver long-lasting service while minimizing neighborhood disruption.
- Total Footprint: 1.0km internal residential estate road network within a GRA
- Primary Facility: 1.0km x 10.0m asphalt concrete estate roadway
- Civil Engineering: Reinforced concrete box/pipe culverts & high-precision urban earthworks
- Logistics & Access: Continuous reinforced side drainage network linked to engineered outfalls
