About this project

This project involves the turnkey development of a comprehensive, fully integrated industrial complex engineered to support high-capacity manufacturing, processing, and logistics operations.The core of the facility features a 10,000 sqm heavy-duty manufacturing factory optimized for equipment installation and workflow efficiency, alongside a specialized CNSL extraction factory and a 7,000 sqm high-clearance, clear-span warehouse designed for optimal inventory management. To ensure weather-protected, secure goods transfer and efficient site operations, the warehouse includes an integrated unloading bay and a connecting vestibule shield, supported by 4 logistics loading bays for rapid, high-volume shipping and receiving. The complex is further complemented by dedicated on-site administrative and accommodation buildings to support operational staff, as well as complete electrical infrastructure (HV/LV distribution, substations, backup power, industrial lighting) and mechanical systems (specialized HVAC, industrial ventilation, compressed air, and fire suppression).Ground stabilization and site boundary security are reinforced by extensive land filling, compaction, and an engineered retaining wall, vital for ensuring stable, secure site topography. Site runoff and flood mitigation are effectively managed through comprehensive drainage and canal civil infrastructure spanning 1.2 km. Internal logistics and heavy vehicular traffic are facilitated by a 1.5 km heavy-duty, reinforced rigid pavement concrete road network built within the facility, specifically designed to withstand continuous freight traffic and high axle loads.
