This project involves the strategic development of a streamlined logistics and distribution hub engineered to support high-volume truck movement, rapid freight handling, and efficient fleet staging.The core of the facility features an 8,000 sqm clear-span warehouse, optimized for modern racking configurations, high-density inventory management, and rapid loading operations. To ensure seamless site operations and eliminate bottlenecks during peak movement, the hub incorporates a dedicated trailer park staging area alongside a dedicated access road network connecting the public highway to facility gates.Internal logistics and heavy vehicular traffic are facilitated by a high-durability, reinforced rigid pavement concrete service road built within the facility, specifically designed to handle continuous high-axle truck movements, tight turning radii, and heavy freight wear.
