About this project

This project involves the comprehensive construction and development of an integrated industrial and logistics facility engineered to support high-throughput distribution, fleet management, and corporate operations.The core of the facility features a massive 10,000 sqm high-clearance bulk storage warehouse optimized for raw materials or long-term inventory management, alongside a dedicated 1,500 sqm finished goods warehouse designed for rapid sorting, staging, and dispatch. To ensure efficient site traffic flow and strict inventory control, the complex integrates a 5,000 sqm trailer holding facility and an entry/exit weighbridge station for payload verification. Operational continuity and workforce support are further provided by a 450 sqm modern administrative block, a fully equipped maintenance workshop for fleet servicing, and a 12-apartment residential complex for essential on-site personnel.Internal logistics and heavy vehicular traffic are facilitated by a 1.5 km high-durability, reinforced rigid pavement concrete road network built within the facility, specifically designed to withstand continuous heavy axle loads from freight trucks and transport equipment.
