About this project

This project entails the comprehensive development of a modern, high-capacity 5,000-square-meter industrial complex engineered to support heavy-duty logistics and manufacturing operations.The core of the facility features a 2,500-square-meter premium warehouse, optimized for maximum vertical clearance, clear-span storage efficiency, and streamlined material handling. To ensure long-term structural integrity and support the heavy structural loads of the facility, comprehensive piling foundation works will be executed across the footprint, securing the complex against diverse geotechnical challenges.Ground stabilization and site boundary security was reinforced by an engineered 8-meter-high retaining wall, vital for managing topography transitions and providing critical lateral earth support. Internal logistics and heavy vehicular traffic was facilitated by a high-durability rigid pavement concrete road network built within the facility, specifically designed to withstand continuous axle loads from heavy-duty freight trucks and industrial machinery while minimizing long-term maintenance overhead.
